I have been working with Wolf & Kline as the acquirer of an apartment complex they have managed. I've been struck both by the level of attention and care they've applied to the apartment homes from a physical maintenance perspective, and by the professionalism of their approach on the management side. We have found the residents are happy and the property is in great shape. It's rare for a management team to continue to perform at a high level during a transaction and Stephanie, Danielle, have done so and have made our transition as easy as possible. They are true professionals.

Everyone at Wolf & Kline from the owners to the front desk ladies go out of their way to be helpful and uplifting. Our place was in amazing condition when we moved in, and was more beautiful than we expected. We have rented from other companies before and Wolf & Kline has been the most fair and accommodating. Five star company with five star employees.

Only chose 1 star because I couldn’t choose 0! :-) Typically, this company requires that you provide 60 days notice before moving out. 30 days notice is understandable, but 60? It’s unlikely that one is able to provide 60 days notice when trying to move into a new property. Unreal. We are in the process of buying a home and the bank won’t allow us to wait the full 60 days to close on the new house. My partner and I contacted Wolf & Kline explaining our situation, attempting to reach an agreement of a possible 30 day versus 60 day notice. We were met with nothing but rude behavior and attempts to bully us into giving them our money. Ashley was not helpful and very condescending. All that aside, we don’t have extra money to throw around due to being laid off multiple times due to COVID regulations. Still, we’re expected to pay rent for the entire month of March regardless of the fact that we notified Wolf & Kline that we will no longer be living at this property come March. We were also told that we must keep the utilities in our names for the full 60 day period. (Again, we won’t be living there for the full 60 days, so why would we pay for utilities that we aren’t using?) We have made all rent payments on time, haven’t had any complaints about us as tenants, and even had the owner of the house himself compliment us on the condition in which we keep his property. Apparently that doesn’t matter in the end. I’m well aware that landlords are scum but this company is hands down the worst that I’ve ever rented through. Very greedy and not at all willing to work with you. If you can avoid renting through Wolf & Kline, I suggest you do so.

I have always been impressed with how fast you get someone out when a request for maintenance is processed. I have lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love it. I thank everyone that works at Wolf & Kline.

I’ve tried to rent though them several times and each time I’ve been denied. Understandably I have a low credit score but my boyfriend has a nearly perfect score. We tried several times over the past three years to get places from them but when we call or apply it takes weeks to get responses. It’s frustrating but they own most of the decent property in my area.
