I like this place, there is a surprising amount of merchandise for the size of the store, and the prices are fair. I found everything I needed and left with a positive experience, will be visiting again rather than driving into town for guitar center/sam ash.

Terrible customer service. Had traded in pedals for an expression pedal. The first one didn't work and I was offered extremely rude customer service while trying to do the return. Was talked over on the phone offered zero customer service in the store when trying to figure out what would work. Was told I couldn't open up a pedal but could return it. When I asked if I could just open it so I would know it works before I leave. \Let me just make your day bud\ in a sarcastic tone was the response I was offered with an accompanying eye roll. They do business online and act like it. Notified the owner of behavior and asked when he would be in next to try and figure out a product that would work. I went in when he was present at the store. Notified \make your day\ dude to tell owner I was there and owner never came out. It's a shame because I moved back recently and have been a lifelong musician. Was looking to having a gear shop nearby to spend too much money in but definitely Not shopping there again.

I was looking for a pro ii strat in a specific color and couldn’t find locally. Found wolf music online and decided to order from them and have it shipped to me here in Houston. Paid one day and received it the next. A fantastic instrument and would not hesitate to order from Wolf again! Wil have to come check out the shop when I visit family in San Antonio!

Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! And they have an amazing selection of guitars, amps, and pedals! You will for sure find what you are looking for in this place and feel comfortable trying out the gear since the staff are awesome!
