We unexpectedly needed to buy a car during our move from Oregon to Florida. The sales representative at Jay Wolfe Toyota, Saman Zhalah, did an exceptional job of finding just the right SUV for our needs. The deal was completed in a timely manner, for a great price and an explanation of all the new Highlander features. We are so happy with our Highlander and were soon on the road again going to Florida. Many, many thanks to Saman Zhalah for his exceptional help!!

Saturday I called and arranged to bring in my vehicle to have my battery checked. Arrived and my battery tested out ok. I asked for an oil change and after the initial assessment of my vehicle the service advisor let me know I was showing a need for a possible alignment. He stated they would know more once they took it back. I also inquired about a tire rotation. He stated me the price and also recommended a balance with price as well. Balance was 60. I declined that service at this time. I asked that he please call me with the findings so I could make my decision regarding the alignment. I also let him know that yes I did want the complementary car wash and vacuum. He stated it would be approx.1 1/2 hours before I heard something. I left to do other things as I had a ride. Almost 3 hours later I received a phone call that my car was ready. Upon return which was getting close to close of business my car had had an alignment and oil change. I had not been called regarding the alignment. As I was waiting to talk with the advisor he was talking with another customer and quoted him a different price on a balance on tires than mine and it was cheaper. This caught my attention as giving out different prices to others. When I spoke with the advisor he gave me the specs and went over it with me. I was then sent out with my keys to my car in the parking lot. It was dirty and not vacuumed. I went back in and the first thing he asked was no oil change sticker. I stated not sure about that as I hadn't looked due to my car being dirty and not vacuumed. He took the car himself to clean it and returned it to me. Kim Mason

Our sales experience was once, so far, in 2008, but it was fair, low-pressure, friendly experience. Our maintenance experience has been exceptional since, with oil changes included as part of our used-certified vehicle purchase. Friendly and fast mechanics, knowledgeable, they explain what they're doing and why. Dealers cannot overstate the importance of such maintenance contracts, both for the customer and the dealer. It's peace of mind and schedule reminders for us and a well oiled machine to drive. For dealers, it's sales opportunities and a better car on trade-in. Thanks, Jay Wolfe.

1 hour and 45 minutes for a tire rotation! This place COULD be a great place for service after a few easy fixes to improve efficiency. The check-in/check-out process needs to be fine-tuned to limit so much customer waiting and loss of patience. The service associate should NEVER need to walk away from waiting customers to hand deliver service instructions to the technicians....use one of those bank tubes to send out instructions with keys or find another method. There is also no need to walk some customers to the lounge that is right through the ONLY door into the dealership, make a sign with an arrow titled \LOUNGE\ and place another sign on the door reminding them that all food and drink is complimentary while they wait for service. These changes alone should reduce individual customer wait times by 15 to 30 minutes and increase customer satisfaction as no on likes to watch service associates continuously walk away while they stand waiting to check-in/check-out.

The service members were very nice. I had an appointment to have my 5K service done. They accomplished this very quickly and returned the vehicle back to us, and washed it as well. This is my second time here for service and so far I'm very pleased.
