If you’re looking for a customer-oriented and knowledgeable dealership, then we highly recommend Wolfe Subaru. Last summer, we’d spotted a pre-owned Crosstrek on their website, but a trip from the North Shore to Langley on transit during the pandemic was problematic. Wolfe Subaru kindly offered to extend their service and bring the car to us for a test drive. Stelios was very friendly and answered our questions knowledgeably and without any pressure. It took us a day or so, but we were reassured with Wolfe’s warranties, and Stelios gave us an excellent price. He delivered the car to the North Shore in person again (Thank you, Stelios!), and was very patient and accommodating as we hunted for insurance on a Sunday. Overall, the car was in great shape, but Wolfe covered the cost of fixing a cosmetic crack in the inside door panel. This was quite a job, as a new panel insert had to be tracked down in Japan to match the specific interior. The fix has just been completed, and Wolfe after-sales service has proven excellent. Nathan was friendly and supportive in organising the work, the panel replaced in an hour or so, with complimentary wash, interior clean, and wheel check. All in all, we’ve had a great experience with this dealership & shop, which we are very happy to recommend. I also have to say, we LOVE our Subaru! :D

My wife and I purchased our WRX today, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I must give an honorable mention to Claudine, the financial services manager, who made this an incredibly enjoyable experience for us and went above and beyond to iron out a few wrinkles that popped up during the process. She was light hearted, we had some laughs and she was just a delight to work with. Make sure to ask for Claudine when it comes to financing, she will definitely get you taken care of! I had a great experience at Wolfe Subaru and the service is incredibly amazing! I cannot describe how much they've done for us! Any of the issues that occurred were taken cared of quickly and the team was really respectful and helpful indeed! A deal was completed in less than one hour, a cash deal with a trade in. Especially Jay, he's an excellent representative for the Wolfe Auto Group. I would definitely recommend Jay and the others at Wolfe Subaru.

Bradley Goddard

Nathan Lawrence and Jeff Saieva made the otherwise painful exprience of a blown head gasket into an experience that is comparable to a group of friends going out for lunch. They took my concerns so personally that my repair magically became covered under warranty where less than five minutes prior it wasn't according to Subaru's standard warranty guidlines. They really went above and beyond for me and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for someone to service their Subaru.

I called to get some info/advice regarding a few lights that had recently come up on my dash. Was put through to their Service Coordinator Morgan who did an awesome job of listening to my concerns etc. Was hoping to be in touch with a service advisor to see what we might be able to diagnose over the phone. At the time they were all away from their desk and I was told I would receive a call back once one became available. Got a call back from Morgan that the advisor said I will need to book an appt.... I would have really appreciated a call back from the advisor to atleast hear my concern and put in some kind of effort instead of just passing me off. I know there isn't much that can be done over the phone for this type of issue but atleast have the decency to call me and tell me/discuss.
