This people are very unhelpful. The online payment did not get through. Then you may go elsewhere (recommend share-online.) and email them for refund or at least credit your account. It is a pain to contact them using the contact form. I had to try 5 (!) times because it always expected the order number, that I did not have. Every time it redirects you and you have to start writing the email again. Of cause they don't refund or credit your account but start your subscription straight away. I send them already 2 emails but only get the standard reply that the account has been activated. I do not recommend this guys. Download seems not unlimited either. There is a daily maximum and you have to buy more credit in order to download more.

warum kein Paypal? ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern anschließen, durch die sehr begrenzte Auswahl an Zahlungsmöglichkeiten entgehen der Cyando AG viele Kunden. Schade!

Premium-Account bezahlt der nicht funktioniert. Dann auf mehrere Anfragen die via Support-Formular gemacht wurden keine Antwort. Lausige Firma.
Cyando/Uploaded möchte glaube ich keine Accounts verkaufen.. Was ich mir jedes Mal für einen Stress geben muss, um einen Account zu bezahlen, ist wirklich unfassbar. Alle Kreditkarten- und Lastschriftverfahren sind immer gesperrt, da die Handynummern nicht verwendbar sind. Nun habe ich als letzten Ausweg eine Paysafecard gekauft. Natürlich gibt Uploaded aber nicht an, dass man nur maximal drei Gutscheine verwenden kann oder sich komplett bei Paysafecard registrieren muss, mit allen Daten inkl. PostIdent oder Videoidentifizierung. Der ganze Prozess dauert also mehrere Tage und nimmt Ewigkeiten in Anspruch. Wenn Uploaded keine einfache Zahlung per Kreditkarte anbieten möchte, sind Sie wohl nicht an Kunden interessiert.
