I got into acroyoga thanks to Eric. He is very patient and explains everything very well. He also makes acro fun and addictive so you wont be able to stop. In a short period of time I learned a lot and could do more than i expected including basing. One of the things I enjoy the most is the therapeutics at the end of a training session.

Eric is a skilled and intuitive Acro Yoga teacher. He makes acro fun and so easy for first time people like me who had no experience with it. He is also trained in the Therapeutics part of Acro yoga which might be my favourite part as it involves stretching, massage & therapeutic flying. He is a committed, talented, fun teacher and acro yoga is so much fun!
