We had the privilege of hosting our wedding at the beautiful Olive Rock in Feb 2019. Planning a wedding from Australia, choosing a venue without seeing it in person, a menu without tasting the food, and entrusting your day to people you will only meet a day before your wedding seemed daunting at first. But Nick & Simone made this experience one that we wish we could have over and over again. The venue and its views absolutely take your breath away. The food that Nick prepares with love is out of this world - hands down the best you will ever have. We can't thank Nick and Simone enough for their generosity, care, and love that they poured out on our day. They truly made us feel like we were the first couple whose wedding they could host at their venue, and any couple who chooses to host their wedding day at Olive Rock will have their expectations exceeded.

Simone and Nick have pulled out all the stops to make our dream day be exactly (if not better) as we hoped it would be. The venue and scenery in the background is beyond beautiful. It was the ideal location for an international wedding and to show off our beautiful country!
