Very professional and reliable letting agency. Belvoir re-let our properties within a very short time frame. They keep you updated every step of the way. Belvoir manage our properties on our behalf and we have always been really satisfied with the service to which they have provided. A shout out must go to Penny Watson (Property Management) Wolverhampton who really does make a difference, she keeps me informed of any issues and never fails to deliver.

I think it's clear from all the prior reviews on this company that they give highly different service to their tenants than they do their landlords. As a tenant I've had nothing but issues with them - my first warning signs should have been when they kept loosing my paperwork during application. Now, several months and problems down the line? I'm still living with maintenance issues, have filed a formal complaint and sought legal advice. The customer service is terrible, the manager is never around to take calls, I've been sworn at, hung up on and told to 'stop making up lies' whilst trying to simply get the leak in my window fixed. Dont deal with them. They are a disaster. just look at the reviews on allagents! As if that wasn't enough, this building apparently didnt even have a fire safety certificate until AFTER they'd started moving people in - I remember the landlord connecting the fire alarm and putting the fire doors up over a month after I'd moved in!
Great service from the lettings team they were so helpful start to finish even during the lockdown situation I was kept informed and updated throughout the whole process, I would have not have received better from anywhere else.

Process for application looked straightforward but when it came to finding a guarantor we hit a brick wall, do you not realise not everyone can turn to an home owner for help with being a guarantor? We initially loved the 2 bed flat we applied for, we put in the initial application and paid the 138 holding fee, which looks like we'll never see again. I for one will hold my hands up that past mistakes when younger have tarnished my credit report, but you'd think that having 2 successfull businesses later on in life with enough guaranteed income would be more than enough to clear the 600 monthly rent... not to mention trying to amend past mistakes regarding my credit history. But no they insist on having an home owner guarantor... a normal guarantor, yeah no problem I can provide many and have done in the past to help rent previous accommodation from much better, not to mention friendly letting agencies. If you are looking to rent, personally I'd recommend you go elsewhere and don't be disheartened when they turn you down, there's much better agents out there, after our application fell through we was offered a 4 bed house at the same price the next day! On a side note, I hope whoever gets the flat and provides an home owner guarantor causes you so much grief and hassle, just to prove a point that you missed out on excellent tenants, and that people with past credit history aren't necessarily that bad... just ask my landlords I rent my business premises from!!!
