Avoid carpet right. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional customer service. Phil from Wolverhampton branch only gave us importance until he made a sale. It all went downhill from there. We booked a fitter from them. The fitter came on the day and refused to do any work saying that the work is too much, the job is too long and he has got other customers waiting. He left. We called carpet right Wolverhampton branch, Phil was not helpful at all. We called the head office as well, they simply refused to arrange anyone for us on the day and all they could say was that they have no control over their fitters. They can’t force their fitters if they refuse to fit the carpet. They made us wait without any carpet in our property with a newborn and 1 toddler running around. We had taken a day off from work and cleared the rooms all for nothing. Totally unreliable. Please if you value your sanity, money and time one bit please please go somewhere else. I wish i had read all the negative reviews of carpet right before tying my money there. Awfully disappointed.

Limited selection of rollends to take away but the prices are great.

Order a carpet with delivery confirmed for the 21st, so I removed the old carpet on the day of delivery in preparation and the delivery never turned up. What a useless non existent service. Never again
