My mom has been using Custom Care for just over 6 months now, the care staff are very caring, professional and punctual, my mom has the same carer's so they have built up a good relationship with the family. The office staff are helpful and friendly, would highly recommend, they have acceded all our expectations.

The registered manager has over 20 years experience within the care industry and the branch staff over 10 years experience within the care industry also all our care staff are very experienced within their role and deliver an excellent service to our customers. Also Custom Care believes in rewarding hard work our care staff had just had a pay increase to 8.20 per hour and are also paid 15p per mile. I joined Custom Care in 2016 as a Field Care Supervisor along with several other experienced Managers and carers. During this time we have established ourselves, upgraded carer pay and are growing from day to day. Our care workers are experienced in their work looking after the elderly and vulnerable adults within our community. I worked in codsall and brew was a great job due to illness changed to wolverhampton office. Terrible place staff would touch food after changing pads. Reported to office they didn't want to know. Carers taking videos of clients asleep and finding it funny. Passing it on to other carers. Care is not their priorities.

My mum has had two days of care so far. We were promised the same carer but have had two different ones so far. Neither one introduced themselves. One was early, one was late. Neither one checked my mum was wearing her pendant. Neither one seemed to know her requirements. The first one didnt have the key vode so rang the bell. Mum had to get out of bed and come down on the stair lift to let her in. Office staff have been so casual it's unprofessional. The assessor who came out was late for both visits and kept interrupting the session with stories about getting drunk - my 82 year old mother was not too impressed. After calling the office today, the lady I spoke to (who did not apologise for the troubles so far) said that the regular lady we should have had was on holiday but will be regular from now on. We continue in hope that she will be punctual, friendly and efficient.

I'm so angry last night we had a phone call from my grandad that his money had gone missing again but this time it was a large some of money... Only people that go into his home are the carer's and my aunt who has rang tonight for this to now be investigated! Rest assured if it isn't I will be contacting care quality commission
