I have had an issue with my fan heater. I had to call out landrover assist who sent a patrol. Each time it was recommended to book it into the dealership. I have 3 technician reports stating the fan was not working. Each time I booked the car in. The most recent one they had my car for 7 days, the first day they sent a video of a safety check. I heard nothing for 6 days about the progress then (after several chase calls) they gave me the car back without finding fault, saying if it happens again we might replace it. Service was not what I expected from a premium car dealer.

Booked my car in as the interior fans stopped working. When the driver came to collect my car I noticed that the engine coolant warning light came on prior to collection. The driver said he would tell the service department and they would top the coolant up. 3 hours later I get a call asking what the issue was with my fans. Then 4 hours later (7 in total) my car is on my drive. Following this the coolant warning light was still coming on. Tried to get in contact with the service department to see what they have actually done or not done but no one has returned my calls or messages. After 3 days of trying to find out what they may/may not of done it appears that the coolant wasn’t even looked at. And I’ve no idea if the interior fans have been checked/fixed! It would appear that if you need to get in contact with anyone from the service department it’s best to use smoke signals or through the motion of dance. How can the service be this bad??!!

After taking my car for a service and mot on 25/1/2021 I had some concerns about the way it was serviced. Engine oil along with differential oils/gearbox etc are supposed to be changed part of the service schedule. I collected my vehicle later that day and took it to another garage just to make sure what they “said they have done” has been done. On inspection of the vehicle I was told no oil was drained from any part underneath the vehicle! I’ve been calling for 3 weeks straight and can’t get anyone to call me back! I was promised on several occasions that Sarah would give me a call back to resolve the issues. Still no form of contact! This company should be ashamed of themselves doing this to hard working people! If I had no mechanical knowledge I would not have know what was done and not done! People get your vehicles checked over (you shouldn’t have todo this as your taking your pride and joy to a main Landrover dealership) I can’t imagine how many people they have ripped off. They are quick enough to take your money, but won’t address any issues. Absolutely disgusting! AVIOD!!! BEWARE!!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, good experience from start to finish. The girls on reception, Tom , Vishal & Kully all very easy to talk to and get along with.
