Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice and quick. The new style of high street banking takes a bit of getting used to though but they do still have counter service hidden round the back if it's needed.

2 female employees claire and Sharon extremely rude ladies, made me incredibly upset for simply asking for a paper statement so I could be paid by my employer and pay my rent. I have never been spoken to in such a way and has left me shaking with anger. Avoid natwest at all costs.

Appalling. There was barely anyone in front of me and I didn't move. I'm on my lunch break and asked why there was only one person on the till I was told 'it's a business counter' and my only option was to stand there and wait. Great, so I'll just wait here for an hour because of your poor staffing and attempt to scrimp on having to pay wages. I've been with Natwest since I was 16 but am seriously considering changing as I don't see any benefit to being loyal to them.
