Has the choice of doing 5:30pm to 1:30am, 8:30pm to 1:30am or 12:00am to 7am. Requested to do the 5;30 shift was told i had to do the 8:30 one to see if i was ‘reliable’. Come the weekend i am now having to battle with them to put me in the correct shift every weekend

Staff Direct 4 u are amazing very police and patient when I would phone every day for vacancies. Having bad experience with other agencies they were very nice, helpful and supportive.

Went for a induction at the DHL plant in shirley to be placed on a canteen for nearly 2 hours to be told that the induction had moved dates and I would be spayed for the full 5 hours. No one rang me back rang multiple times spoke to 2 different people and was told I would be contacted back...still waiting nearly 6 weeks later.rediculous agency defo wouldn't work for this agency
