This was my first birth after a 25 year break and I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so attentive and helpful. From labor with Shantana and Fridia to postpartum with Nancy and kris, I'm very happy I chose to have my babies here. Not a single complaint.

Had my first baby there recently and it was a horrible experience the minute my doctor left. Everything up until delivery was fine. The rooms are outdated with mini televisions, there was a lot of deliveries so most nurses were short, didn’t wanna help me with shower after C-section. They were negligent on proper shower aftercare, they forgot to tell me I was supposed to use special cleaner for my first shower after the baby so I didn’t and refused to help me when I asked for help in shower. There was one exceptional nurse named Bernadette who really helped and Tara was very nice. Everyone else was mediocre, seemed overworked, seemed as if we were a bother. Food was decent and room service did well. Called for LC, waited a whole day and she never came, the next day I had to request one again. I was there 3 days and no one was there to do bury certificates the whole time. I was told there was 2 people in hospital that knew how to do it and they both called in. So we had to leave the hospital with a newborn with no birth certificate info. We were forced to come back 4 days later which is a huge and ridiculous inconvenience with a C-section and bringing newborn back out. The showers are a complete slip hazard as well. I did voice my concerns to the charge nurse as well. All in all, I would definitely choose Methodist in Katy for future services.

like everywhere. We found people with great vocation and good attitude, but others who disappoint us. I want to mention two Labor and delivered nurses. They are called Telma and Felicia, they \make a difference\ thank you for your excellence

Had such wonderful experience here during my delivery. I particularly want to thank the amazing nurses! They made sure that my baby and I were well taken care of at all times. I'm a very nervous person which makes getting routine procedures very difficult. These nurses reassured me when I needed it, held my hand through it at times, and were just the best people to have as a part of my support system! I will always be grateful to them.

My labor and delivery was a great experience at this amazing hospital, as it was five stars in all aspects! I felt That I was staying at five star hotel! I would strongly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery. Also I am very thankful for my brilliant doctor (Dr. Rafael DeAyala) who did my C section perfectly! Many thanks for this amazing hospital and its sweet nurses :)
