Best Employer for me! Very good, friendly and supportive work environment! Everyone are working towards the same goal - to make company or company’s products good and better, all Design team or Sales team or Supporting team! They are also very care about you and they are offering so many opportunities for you to learn and develop! Really appreciate! Hope we will work again down the road!

I ordered PDF Element and it came billed through Wonbo Technology out of Hong Kong. They have two phone numbers listed on their website, one based in Montreal and the other in Victorville, CA. I suspect both of them are out of Hong Kong. I am always somewhat suspect of companies that are afraid to put their address on the website but it may be that they want people to think they are headquartered in North America. As for the software, it works quite well. You do have to install and OCR reader which worked for me. It does not have a PDF Viewer that works with Outlook and Windows Explorer though. I had to find a work-around for that. A minor tweak in the settings of the free Adobe Reader that was preventing Explorer and Outlook to display previews. Instead of telling me that they said preview is not supported. Response time was good though, within the next day. I advised them of the fix and hope they will relay it to other customers.

what a joke. purchased pdfelement to convert pdfs into word and other formats. Review indicates easy conversion of pdfs into other file formats. first attempt requires a download of OCR plug in which fails. Attempt to contact customer support is a continuous message that no agent is available to call back later. Later is always the same recording. Chat feature is also non existent with a real person. This is a joke and complete waste of money and time.

They emailed me that my subscription will be renewed automatically. I have never asked for a subscription from them. I don't know even who they are and what they do.

No customer service to be heard of, software fails consistently, don't waste you time trying the trial software. I put in many hours of editing and the whole slideshow crashed with no support from the company to help. Run away from this one.

ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY I bought an Effects store subscription for a year and they renamed it to be called Filmstocks a couple months later and told me I needed to pay extra to access it. SO many frustrating emails with Yoyo on support and I got nowhere (I think they intentionally play dumb). I'm now in the process of taking this through civil claims process - luckily they're in Vancouver and so am I. Looking forward to getting this resolved legally and never ever using this scam of a company again.
