Our stay was excellent because of Andrea! She was running the front desk and had it going on! It was so cold out and came inside into a blazing fireplace which was so nice. I talked to her before we came and after and during it all she eased so helpful and made Sure our stay was great and it was! She explained the covid rules and the swimming. My granddaughters Had so much fun. We will be returning thanks to the wonderful service we received from Andrea! nice.

A fantastic staff!!! Very clean rooms!! Fairly good television and great city views from the room. Amenities and design of room is perfect and very comfy! All of that could not have been better. My ONLY issue with this motel is a huge issue...the bathroom doors are sliding barn doors that have a huge crack that view directly into bathroom shower. There literally is zero bathroom privacy and no ceiling vent so it is almost prison like bathroom activities where what you do in there is on view for everyone to see and hear with no possible way of having any discretion. Hated that. But everything else here was so great that I only took one star off for it.

The experience staying here was great, the workers are very nice and extremely accommodating!!! The complimentary breakfast is notches above a lot of other places I stay... rooms are very comfortable!! I’d definitely stay here again...

Enjoyable stay and enjoyable staff. I've been welcomed and received as an airline crew member; First Class. This hotel is used to provide their customers with the better experience. You think a microwave in your room will improve your stay, they will find one. And, this is not to mention the location: a cool 20 minutes drive from O'Hare plus surrounding trails for your favorite outdoor activities.

Rome was okay ended up with a leak from somewhere that caused my husband's clothes to be wet they dried them offered 25 off the bill and proceeded to explain to us that there was no leak. We believe the water was leaking through the wall from the upstairs. After an extended conversation they did come to the room but it was very poorly handled by management
