I went in with some friends and I've never seen the employee Steve before. Was nice when we first walked in, I noticed some customers at the register were even having a difficult time checking out. Steve charged my friend twice then said to come back next week. After calling her bank they confirmed the 2 transactions and went in to speak with him again (Steve). He got very upset after we expressed she didnt have funds for 2 transactions and the hardship and if we could have the refund. Then he shouted at us to get the f out. Very aggressive and angry..such a negative experience.. unfortunately this Sally's will no longer be our go to. However Sally's Customer Service Agent Shawna was incredibly warm,welcoming,and quick to solve the conflict. Sally as a whole will remain in our hearts.

When I called the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite in helping me pick out a good brand of hair extensions. I expressed I was concerned on picking the wrong color as due to the crisis I could not go inside the store(understandable). She thankfully told me I could look inside through the window. I felt a lot better about this. She tells me she will give me a call in a couple minutes and finally after two and half hours i had not heard anything so, I drive to the store thinking maybe I misheard what she had said. No biggie. I get there and call to let them know I was here for pickup. The lady was extremely rude and said “we tried contacting you multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of you so we didn’t process your order” I politely told her maybe she had written down the wrong number. She reads the number back to me and sure enough she took it down wrong the first time... at this point I’m entirely frustrated but I understand things happen. I went to go grab the extensions from the door and she shoves them to me and runs off. I thought I’d be able to see the extensions first as she said? I guess not. Sure enough my fear came true and I got the wrong color. At this point I’m angry and we don’t even leave the parking lot. I call for the 4th time and ask to exchange the color and the girl proceeded to tell us that “my manager won’t allow it cause it left the store , parking lot or not”. I will never come back here. I get mistakes happen but very rude staff and poor customer service. Extremely unorganized.

The one and only store that has great customer service. Always felt welcomed from beginning to end. Been received with a sincere smile are always helpful and patience to answer all your questions. Previous management we are going to miss and wish them the best looking forward to continue with new management and happy to have the same great service.

Just gotta say that the staff here is great and very knowledgeable! Came here looking to bleach and dye my hair for the first time and was helped out by gloria and isabel who helped me choose the right bleach and hair color! There were other customers in the store but they made sure to answer any questions I had and always checked back with a smile ever time while being attentive to everyone else too which is great! I've been to stores before where the staff doesn't even try to help out and just stands behind the register, it just really showed me how much they really cared for the customers and loves the job ! They helped me choose ion bleach and ion color mint and shamrock, even got a cute little bag as a promotion! Definitely will come back and shop here more often because of the service and knowledge! Great job and keep it up ladies!
