0 stars deserved. Don't expect customer service if you call. I called Star Stainless based on a recommendation to speak to Tammy. I told her what I was looking for. She barely listened and immediately told me \we don't carry that\. It was stainless 18-8 5/16-18 x 1 socket set cup point - readily available even at McMaster-Carr. I didn't realize that business was so good a company could afford to turn away a customer.
