Terrible. Absolutely terrible. There are large branches strewn about as if a groundskeeper hasn't been there in a month, the playground is dirty as hell and needs to be pressure-washed, and apparently the city can't afford bags of rubberized mulch from Home Depot. Also, the picnic tables are chained down, so I'm guessing people have been stealing them. It honestly looks like a paved over landfill.

This is a nice park in a small town. I am an employee of WoodRiver Park Maintenance. It has a large amount of green space, a playground, and a basketball court. There is a pavilion to picnic under.

The city has really let this park go. Poor maintenance and removed the ballfields. More drainage than anything else.

We got there kinda late about 7 pm ..walked the trail and saw the garden ...when we got around to the food truck noticed there was a free concert going on so we got some food and enjoyed the festivities.. Everyone was friendly and there were 2 little playgrounds right there to keep the kids occupied within eyes distance ... Planning on going back next time to hit their pool
