Instead of taking my BMW to the dealership, AAA recommended that I take my vehicle to Pro Automotive Services. I was extremely impressed with the courteous staff, cleanliness of the repair facility, and the knowledge of properly diagnosing my vehicle. They explained and gave me a visual on exactly what was wrong with my car. They explained the repair process and the cost was very competitive. The team at Pro Automotive was fantastic! They were very kind and professional both on the phone and in person. I loved that I received a text with a detailed summary of their findings (including pictures!) before they even called to give me an estimate. Will definitely return when I need maintenance on my vehicles.
It seems like they will wait until right before close to follow up with you about anything. This happened to me two days in a row while I was waiting on diagnostics and I finally just told them I needed my car back. Didn't even have time to get it fixed. This place used to be so reliable, but now I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
I've know Mike & Jennifer for years. The great people they are outside of business is the same inside their business. Professional, courteous & thorough. Really love the new text updates they have. Gives you precise info on what's wrong with your car and what it's takes to fix it. They were able to take my 14 year old Mustang with 100k miles and breath some much needed life back into. Like driving a new car.
If your car needs attention this is the place to take it. The mechanics really know what they are doing. The staff are very professional and courteous. They tell you what they find and the cost before they do the work. The lounge is very clean and comfortable. Shuttle service or a loaner car is available for your convenience. Scheduling is easy through this site. This is my new go to place for Automotive repairs.
