Among the very best BBQ I’ve had anywhere in the north. Tried nearly everything and it is all worthy. Sauces worth noting, high quality. I nearly laughed when they asked if I wanted fatty or lean, brisket. Not a reflection of Wood Shop but a commentary on Seattle and “BBQ for northerners.” Brisket was superb. Would be able to sell well in Texas.

Friendly and informative service combined with lovingly made BBQ! Don't overlook the mac n cheese or the salad. The mac n cheese was rich and full of flavor. I had the fatty brisket and the buffalo wings. Both were delicious and paired well with a side of pickles and pickled onion. Their coffee BBQ sauce had a sour and bitter note to it which complemented the richness and smokiness of the meat. We sat outdoors which really was the perfect accompaniment to a hearty and filling meal. More inviting to vegetarians than you may think.

Went by the cart near Fremont Brewing the other night. Got a pound of brisket and a half rack of ribs with all the sides. Mac and cheese was fantastic and the barbecue was the best in the city by far. Also they gave me a half loaf of the most perfect white bread on the side. That made the meal for me as I love me some white bread with my barbecue. Will be going back often. Thanks Wood Shop!

Its more than i want to pay but i dont feel cheated at all. Good concept, good execution, heavy portions, great trim, definitely comfortable and balanced, solid B for BBQ. Will go again but will ask for the hookup on more pickles and sauce

Would have more photos but the brisket and sausage was gone before we had a chance to snap a photo. For a brick and mortar bbq spot this is one of the best in Seattle....so good my friend and I went twice in one day.
