We tried to engage Wood Solutions via our construction company on a new house build. We were told they produced good product. Chased the sales guy 5 times to try and get quotes and some form of timeframe - we were after a number of custom build jobs for wardrobes, bookcases, benchtops, beams, etc. Finally gave up in frustration as it all seemed a bit amateur. One example was custom Teak shower slats that we got quoted 11k for, when in reality we got the job done by a teak specialist for under 2k. In the end all we got off Wood Solutions was our internal doors and they all seem pretty decent.

Repeat customer (1st job great) but when the second quote was organized a Guy with his young daughter came over to my property & measured up 1 sash window, rear french window & a door into lounge. This was October 2018 waited till April 2019. No follow up back. They lost my business. Phone follow ups not good either. Very unprofessional sadly
Listened to what i wanted even though it was a small order. Kept in touch with progress. Highly recommend.
