I usually don’t place a review but this was such a great inspection that it was worthy of one. Chip thoroughly inspected a home that we were in the market to purchase. He used a drone for exterior insight of the roof. He gave us a report the was fail proof to understand. He provided pictures and the degrees to which items needed attention sooner than items that would need to be looked into in the future. I met him at the home so that he could discuss his findings and answer any questions that may arise from his inspection Because we were moving into the area, he even gave us recreational information and areas of interest to visit and spend our free time Thank you!

My immediate contact with the owner, Chip Degan was exceptional. Chip responded to my call almost immediately and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I made an appointment in that moment for a home inspection. The inspection was done promptly and efficiently. Once payment was made I was in receipt of a 35 page plus report with color photos along with all of his recommendations. Chip took the time to go over all of my questions based on his report. Chip was very professional. He showed up right on time. He took care not to dirty the house after going under it. He was very informative and spoke in terms that were understanding. He hit every spot in total detail. He even photographed all the parts that were needed. I would highly recommend Chip for any work you need. He is certified, insured and highly competent!
Chip was very knowledgable, helpful, and went out of his way to go above and beyond. He tested our new home's air quality and also went into our crawl space to check for any problems there as well. The report came back in the time frame he gave us. Chip was actually the home inspector for our buyer and we were very impressed with the amount of work put into his report. Chip was very thorough and he explained what the scope of the work was before he started. He answered all my questions, showed me some of the main issues with the house and made sure I understood the corrective actions needed. I mostly appreciated how thorough he was. We have been through some inspections before and wound up with other issues that were not caught during the inspections.
