I had a pleasant experience. I love that they’re available around the clock and every time I called they answered. Fast service with a very reasonable price. I love the tribute page they made for our beloved Pumpkin. Definitely recommend.

I have been taking my fur babies here for years. I’ve never left feeling disrespected. Every one I’ve encountered has been very pleasant. They are very busy if you knock and no one answers go to the other door.

My baby girl Suzie, my dog of 15 years and 7 months passed away in her sleep two days ago, and needless to say this was a hard time for my entire family. I found All Pet Crematory on-line, called to make an appointment for a private cremation. The appt. was set the very next day. The lady on staff Ginger was so nice, caring, and accommodating. She answered all my questions, allowed me to stay and watch the beginning of the process, and came to get me when it was done for the ashes to be removed from the oven. It was a heartbreaking day, but was made so much easier by Ginger and All Pet Crematory. The place is located in the beautiful countryside, and was very clean and nice inside. The price was also very reasonable. It's a pleasure they weren't out to take advantage of a grieving pet owner with inflated prices and fees. The price quoted on the phone before I brought my Suzie out to be cremated was the exact price when it was finished. I would highly recommend All Pet Crematory to anyone. I have another dog and two cats, and my family will use this place for all of them when it's time.

My baby kitty of 8 1/2 years, Lionel, died after a short illness, and I was so devastated. I wanted to choose only the best place for him to get cremated, since that was what he deserved. This place was the best place I could have ever gone to. They treated me, and my pet with respect and dignity, and were the nicest people I could ever meet. The prices were extremely reasonable, even for the urns. The prices were the same from start to finish. They didn't just act like we were money pits. I called and went up there the same day. I decided not to stay, and they called me the next morning to come pick him up. They were very accommodating, and kind-hearted people. They listened to us, let my say goodbye (and cry), and didn't try to just push us out when I had trouble letting him go. I trusted them completely, and they exceeded my expectations. The long drive there was worth every minute. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who lost, or is close to losing, a pet. I would go back to them again, but hopefully not any time soon.
