Had an neck and upper back massage with Claire. I Felt much better after the massage. The following day I went to my regular appointment with my chiropractor. The massage helped to relieve my tight muscles and made for an more efficient adjustment. I’ll definitely return.

Having psoriatic arthritis, I have had many therapeutic massages to help deal with my pain. Claire is the first massage therapist to give me relief without any pain during the massage. Knowing my sensitivity, she checked in with her pressure to make sure it was just right. I have had four massages from Claire. Two sports massages and two Thai Yoga massages. The sports massage is more traditional and on a table, and such a nice table it is. The Thai style is on the floor on a heated mat. On the floor, she is able to take my body through passive range of motion, which helps to free up my stiff hips and shoulders. Also, she does some amazing stretching of the fascia and tendons, giving me less pain for days. On my last appointment, I signed up for her membership, which assures me a minimum of two massages a month. I may need more but now I know I have two recurring appointments every month. O. Gilbert

I had recurring shoulder and knee issues which were alleviated after working with Claire through targeted massage to increase blood flow, utilize stretches she recommended, and some muscle building exercises to hold everything in place. Her expertise and manual effort was critical to my success and I cannot recommend her enough.
