Had a birthday party here recently for my child. It was an amazing experience and the kids had so much fun! The staff were super friendly and helpful as they assisted us throughout the entire party and kept the facility very clean. It felt like a very safe environment as we had a private party room for only our family and friends. We will definitely be returning for future parties. Thank you bnp for making my child's party very memorable. I highly recommend it here!!

Attended a party, liked the space and the price which resulted in me booking the space for my own child’s birthday party. The space is large enough to comfortably accommodate a good sized party and isn’t shared with other parties or the public. It has two private bathrooms which are spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff and also great with helping to move the party along and helping to serve cake, even cut the cake if asked.
BEWARE parents. My sons party was cancelled day of event. Only a few hours till his party. They lost power. I wish upon booking they told me they don’t have a back up generator for times when power is out. They waited till 1:30pm to call me and tell me. Got moved to a different party venue which was not my choice. Lost people from coming to my party. My pizza order was wrong. Didn’t get what I ordered. This couldn’t get fixed because owner was out of town and manager on duty could not do anything till owner returned. THE MANAGER on duty told me in writing I had to WAIT TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES TILL OWNER GOT BACK. Once she returned a week later I wanted my deposit back and gave her a suggestion that when she leaves town have a manager on duty who can actually resolve issues example my food that was wrong and Amanda seemed really annoyed with me and told me not to tell her how to run her business. She then told me I should have called the pizza venue myself but they placed the order I don’t know who they spoke with or what number or name they left the order under. Amanda also told me I should have taken this up with the new party venue who HAD NOTHING TO DO with the wrong food order. Amanda as a business owner you shouldn’t be rude or annoyed at your customers when we didn’t do anything wrong. Don’t tell me oh well you still had a party that day. Yes but not what I booked and not where I wanted. And my food order was NOT correct. When a customer gives you a suggestion don’t get rude at them telling them they’re telling you how to run your business have a little more class and respect for us customers who are keeping you in business.
MOST HORRIBLE PLACE EVER!!! Save your time and money. Staff is HORRIBLE and venue is dirty. Attended a party there last weekend and I would NEVER BOOK HERE. The workers are beyond rude and roll there eyes at you. There are much better venues to pick then this horrible place they call bounce and play.
Amazing indoor playground! VERY CLEAN, spacious, completely private. Something for all age groups. Kids absolutely love it and parents don't have to worry. BONUS owners are the nicest!
