extremely disappointed with this location. The staff is BEYOND unprofessional. AND RUDE! You ask for help, they come looking like you asked them for a favour before they have had their coffee, even though it is THEIR JOB and tell you I don't know. They don't even try to help. They don't know how to do returns from a registry. They don't know how to order online. They always overcharge items anyway so it is always 20% above market price so it's just regular price when you apply their coupon. I always spend more than an hour to simply exchange items! I regret creating my registry with them, amazon is waaaaaay better!!

Good service and quality products. It seems there's always a line at checkout that can be improved. We went to create a baby registry and everyone was so friendly. The staff member that assisted us was patient and seemed knowledgeable. The place is well organized and far better than the competition. Good opportunity to try some things before buying, the variety of baby products is great.
