My sister has been going here since she opened! This was my first time and boy was I surprised. Celina took her time, explained and debunked some fears I had about doing my nails. I don't usually do nails and the last place I did them, I felt like they rushed to just get it done....not here. Plus the first thing she did was offer me a drink. I declined. So happy with the feel and shape. Also she does cool things too...the client before mine...she did a chrome colour a must try place! Will go again :)

Let me start of by saying that this place is absolutely amazing. This is the first time I visited this salon and it was completely last minute. I came in here on my birthday after getting my eyebrows done at previous location in which they completely ruined my brows. Selena came to my rescue! She fixed another person work which is very hard to do! I was so please with the service, that i decided to get my nails done as well. Mia did such an amazing job with my nails. This place is a MUST! Extremely professional and problem solving which is hard to come by! You can trust these people with all your needs! I will absolutely be back as I found my new nail tech and eyebrow place!

I came into Chic Polish today shortly past noon after booking an appointment earlier in the morning. Right away through the phone call, I felt welcome and I couldn’t wait for my appointment. Mia was looking after me and introduced me to some new techniques I had never seen before. She made sure to keep the integrity of my real nails and I felt like she really cared. Even as another customer came in and came off as a bit impatient, Mia was extremely apologetic when she excused herself momentarily to help out the other client. These ladies go above and beyond to keep everyone happy and they deserve the utmost respect for their beautiful work and dedication to outstanding customer service. Cece has great energy that makes you want to keep coming back. Even with a fully booked day and back-to-back appointments, I never felt rushed. I am so glad I discovered Chic Polish! I wish these ladies all the best and I await their reopening in 2021.

This was my first visit and did the nail extension for the very first time. I was in doubt whether its a good idea or not to do the nail extension but the owner is friendly and i spoke with her and made my mind to do it. After seeing the result I was in complete shock, I loved my nails. It didnt felt something unnatural and felt like its my own nails. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Would definitely go back
