My Condo's Property Manager arranged for Citywide to repair a finicky deadbolt in our unit. A young gentleman named Duncan arrived within the time frame specified. He repaired the deadbolt and made some other adjustments to the latch etc. in a friendly, professional way. The entire door works better than it ever did before. Use only a \dry lube\ in the lock tumbler.

If you live in Markham or Toronto, here is a little far from where you live. You maybe need nearly 50 minutes to get there like me.But when you wanna pick you brand new key immediately, that worth to go. And please be advised that CityWide do not precut keys for walk ins. You must bring the key request form( from your property assistment manager, do a call, make an appointment first, or your lobby counter guy may yelling you for this) when coming to our office as we need it to release the key. Please ensure you know the key code if you are not bringing in the key with you. Once here, we process payment and we cut the key onsite. It takes about 15 minutes and 20.34 cad per one key. Their hours are Mon-Thurs: 8am-4:30pm & Friday: 8am-3pm. They are located at 80 Vinyl Court Woodbridge.Oh yes, you are on the map app, you get it.

Wow not if you paid me. Tried purchasing door handles. I have sent numerous emails, called twice and left a voicemail all over the course of two weeks and no response. Very simple straightforward order. I don't understand.
