Had a great time there, the friendly servers and waitstaff made an effort to visit the tables frequently, and they tried to make sure the experience was enjoyable, even while knowing they'd be laid off again the following day. While the 'meat servers' weren't as numerous as prior to the pandemic restrictions, very understandable since they could only seat a percentage of their tables for indoor dining, we still left full and satisfied with the quality. Looking forwards to visiting again after the restaurant re-opens.

There is always a great service in Copa Cabana, specialy when we find Chef Jaime. Even the music is so special. Coming from South America we can always identify a great "asado", and they served the best beef cuts. Very pleased and definetely recomended. At this time, they are also keeping social distancing and they keep masks at all times.

Used to be a great buffet, but not anymore from our experience yesterday. There were not much food that we kept waiting and when its about an hour and 45 minutes they bring you the bill. What a ripoff. They automatically charge you 18% gratuity. Spend your money elsewhere.
Great experience and definitely enjoyed it. Highly recommend the Parmesan steak and the pineapple. My favourites. Experience has definitely changed post COVID but still fresh and tasty.

This is my second time coming to the Vaughan location and both times—the service has been bad. Although this time there were less people in the restaurant due to COVID, servers don’t really come to the table. This experience was better than the first because we finally got to try some meats which we didn’t before. But servers would come and say they’d come back, but never did. We waited quite a bit of time for someone to come by with something until we eventually just asked for the bill. It seems to me management & servers are aware customers are waiting, but don’t really do anything. The food is good, but the service is not worth the 18% gratuity nor the price per person. I as well as my family/ friends will not be coming to this location again.
