Nurses and doctors lovely but reception staff really need to up their manners and attitude and that’s when you eventually get through. No notification when appointments are running late, just left to sit in your car. Also left a fax number instead of Tel number outside for people to call to let them know you’re here. Despite telling them this the number hasn’t changed for a week. Why put measures in place if not prepared to rectify errors. Incredibly frustrating.

On behalf of someone I know, fram surgery treat patients terribly, one particular doctor was very confrontational and cross over the phone. Only helpful staff were the lovely receptionists. Haven't heard good reviews from other people I know too. Praise the receptionists who were lovely and helpful, the doctor was not.
