Great customer service. They really listen to you and provide you with excellent choices and flooring options. The flooring that I was sold was high quality Canadian hard maple with a beautiful finish. This company does removal and new installations for you as well. I used my own installer because my wife already had him lined up. I was even sent to one of their suppliers when they were out of stock of a transition strip for the entrances to the room.
