The place was beautiful, the service was timely, the staff were friendly, the prices were standard for vegan restaurant fare, there were a wide variety of options, it seemed LIKE EVERYTHING added up so well! The only set back was that the actual food wasn’t nearly as innovative, great or that tasty as other vegan places handle them. It seemed like plain vegetarian recreations of popular multicultural cuisine as opposed to being true vegan substitutes that still taste competitively well to their meat counterparts.

Awesome service and delicious food. I've been here a couple times for Brunch and enjoyed everything that I had so far. Lovely interior with suspended plants from the ceiling. I love the colourful plating and how creative vegan food can be
Such good and healthy food here. All vegan and super fresh. My server Sahar was spectacular. Explained the menu thoroughly for me and recommended some really delicious dishes. Luckily it's close to where I live so I'll definitely be back soon.
This is the most inconsistent restaurant i have ever been too in my life. Firstly, the service is either really good, or really bad. When i came in with my two other friends, our server had her AirPod in her ear while serving us... and then she would literally go sit down while there were still customers in the restaurant? Incredibly unprofessional. Then, since they have opened for dine in again (about a month and a half now) they have never had any alcohol to offer. Out of the 8 cocktails they have on their menu, they literally can only serve one. Always told hopefully by next week they can serve more of them but literally each week its the same thing and STILL hasn’t changed. Weekends they run out of almost everything & my other friends have said they shared the same experience. For to go orders, sometimes all the sauces are put on the side, then other times they aren’t. A gentleman on the phone told me they were taking reservations, and then another woman on the phone on another day said they weren’t. I really wanted to love this place because their food is really delicious and that is really the main reason for the two star rating, but at this point it’s almost like a game of chance when you go in. Management doesn’t seem to be on point of informing staff of changes and definitely of maintaining stock for the restaurant. I get it here and there of course, but a month and a half of no cocktails? Kombucha? Every weekend something runs out on the menu? Come on.
This place is a great little gem. Very happy to have found it. Prices are reasonable for what it is. Avocado toast is the best here
One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I ordered takeout from this location in December, and the staff member called me to tell me one of the items I ordered online had been taken off the menu. They would only offer me a replacement item if it was the exact same price (no more), so I asked for a refund. They weren't able to give me a refund that night but they told me the manager would call me in the next few days to process the refund. I got no such call and ended up having to look up the manager in order to send him an email. He told me on three different instances that he would set up the refund and each time I didn't get it. When I followed up with him the last time, he tried to tell me that I had gotten a replacement item the night of my order. Finally, after firmly telling him that I did not get anything to replace the item, he sent the transfer. It took over a month to get my 10 dollars back. Awful customer service and management at this location. I won't be returning to any Hello123 or Kupfert and Kim again.
I really did not know Vegan fare could taste soooo good. My spicy bap was a taste sensation, and the service was excellent. I will be back for more!
