This tutoring place is by far one of the worst places to go. I would not even recommend this place to someone despise. Doing a course at Ivy is absolutely terrible. Either going into ivy or joining zoom calls the tutors don't care to focus on you. the amount of times I have asked questions and they do not explain how to get the solution but instead give the answer and criticize me not knowing the answer. This place is simply a money grab and simply a day care for kids. Ivy does help some people that are able to learn in groups, but you can only get the teachers attention for max 5 min. I am unsure as to how this place is still running after many years.

Ivy Ed learning centre is a really good school. Naz and all the teachers are very helpful and friendly. A tutor named Paul helped me in chemistry and he was really helpful and friendly. He explained theories with great detail and would constantly review material and ask if you needed any extra clarification.
Would not even give them one star! Been using this company for years, and this year conveniently they stop answering my phone calls and owe me 1000. Terrible customer service considering I was loyal and my children loved it there... SAD!
I signed up with the impression I would be getting undivided attention from the tutor when in reality it was a class of 17* kids all learning different things and me fighting for jen’s Attention to get some help. The whole time I was there, I was helped for maybe 4 minutes at the most! None of the links worked, they were all screen shots from another website. After a week I knew it was a complete waste of time and money. IVY ED DOES NOT REFUND COURSES. EDIT: I was also legally threatened for writing this review!! not good business ethics as this is an honest review and obliges by the terms & conditions for google reviews.
Naz and all the teachers are very helpful and they helped me with a lot of the courses I was struggling in, especially math and science. I used to be in the 60s and now I’m in 80s and 90s. Paul helped me and he encouraged me to get ahead of my class which gave me more leeway to catch up in some of my other courses.
