I purchased a top of the line Kingsdown Mattress after having issues with a previous mattress. I have owned the mattress now for 8 years and there are large body impressions on both sides of our King bed. Therefore when sleeping you can feel like you are sleeping on a hill. I have contacted Kingsdown and because I got this mattress due to a previous warranty claim there is no warranty. (I paid the difference to upgrade to the top of the line Moritz) Why offer a ten year warranty if you wont stand behind it! In hindsight I should have got my money back from the first mattress and started over. That way they would honour my claim. Again if they don't think the mattress will last 10 years then they should not offer the 10 year warranty. My money will definitely going to another brand for my next mattress purchase.

Not happy at all, the worst mattress ever ! Only after a 2 years it lost all its firmness, it sagged, you can feel bumps everywhere and has a line somewhere in the middle separating a lower and a higher area in it, the line makes you feel you put 2 single mattress together ( I have to turn this mattress every month ) ! Please stay away from this brand and any of their models. By the way I’m getting raid of it very soon ! And no I will not sell this to someone on Kijiji is going straight to the garbage dump !

I was given a lavender Zedbed pillow for Christmas. This is the best thing that has happened for my sleep routine ever. I have been working to overcome issues with insomnia and since receiving this pillow my sleep schedule has improved drastically. It is comfortable and the gentle lavender infused scent triggers the wind down process in my brain. The lavender must be an essential oil or water, it has no artificial or over powering smells. I love this pillow.

The worst! We've had Kingsdown mattresses before and were excited to purchase a new queen size with foam top. We purchased a top-end model and rotated the mattress as instructed, but it shortly developed deep compressions and lumps. Kingsdown refused to support their warranty. So disappointing!

I purchased a Kingsdown Duet Hewitt from Sleep Country in Toronto which after six weeks had one side with such a deep depression that it was difficult to roll out and a ridge was left down the middle of the mattress. The mattress coils were also softer on this side. As this was a second attempt at finding a mattress the defect had to go through Kingsdown warranty with Sleep country which was declined. One side of the mattress is fine so I'll use that for probably a few years until it fails and then ditch this expensive mattress. Please read other external review sites as this is a common problem with these mattresses. Last time I ever purchase a KD mattress.

We decided after sleeping on a Kingsdown Queen for many years, to try our luck at a Kingsdown King from Sleep Country in Woodstock. Thinking we couldn't go wrong quality wise. Wrong! In order to save a dollar we decided to purchase the floor model which was the " IRELAND" We are seniors, and neither one of us is over 170 pounds, yet this mattress has a HUMP right down the middle that we figured would flatten out after use, but that sure hasn't happened! The middle of this mattress has never been slept on, there is no way to do that. We feel like we're sleeping on single beds! Very disappointed, we're not happy at all!

I recently purchased a couple 9000 series Kingsdown mattress that changed my life, my sleep system consists of an adjustable bed and these mattress were the perfect addition. I read a fair bit of kinsdown mattress reviews and i'm surprised by some, because from my experience, these mattress are well crafted using some of the finest materials, and best of all they are locally manufactured right here in Canada. I love my new comfortable bed, now I can finally enjoy quality REM sleep once more.. thanks to Kingsdown for making a high-quality product....

I purchased a new Kingsdown sleep set from Mattress Mart in Ottawa, with a full 10 year warranty. The mattress was inspected by a third party and deemed a “lemon” on three occasions and replaced under the warranty. There is still 2 1/2 years remaining on the warranty and the same issues have happened again, along with coils that have started protruding up into the mattress. Mattress Mart had offered to have it sent back to Kingsdown for repair (at our cost), but I had to delay the repair due to a health issue. I’ve reached out to set the repair up, but now Kingsdown is refusing to repair it or replace it again. Isobel Stephan in Customer Service accused me of waiting until the Covid-19 pandemic occurred to request the repair, which is false; I explained it was due to a health reason. She told me that I could request this repair once the pandemic is over in a couple of years, at which time my warranty will be expired. Kingsdown has told me to deal with the store where it was purchased and Mattress Mart is telling me I have to deal directly with Kingsdown. They are playing the blame game and according to a legal source, this is considered a breach of warranty. For anyone thinking of purchasing a Kingsdown mattress set, save yourself the time, hassle and money, it’s not worth it.
