Man with a Wrench was referred by Warranty Agent. Right from the start of the process they were very responsive. Came out the next day to diagnose the problem with the oven. Service Tech Andy was great coming into our home during the COVID era. He quickly figured our the problem and said he would get order the part and get approval from the Warranty company to proceed. A week later the part arrived and so did Andy. New board installed in these hi-tech stoves. The stove works better than went it was new! Go figure that one out. Thank you so much Chris at the head office who took the first call and Andy for doing such a great job for us. Will always recommend these guys with or without the wrench.

Highly recommend this company. Very professional over the phone and through E-mail. Quick response times as well. I also really appreciated their honesty, regarding what the repair would end up costing me. The person I spoke to advised that my money would be better spent on a new fridge, due to the potential costs to resolve the issue. I am so thankful for their honesty and that they didn't push us to go through with the repair. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
I've used Man With A Wrench twice now, the first time was with a fridge that was not repairable and most recently a dishwasher that was fixed in an hour. Both techs were professional, friendly and courteous and absolutely knew their stuff. The service was quick, quote for repair was instantaneous and in full. I will certainly be using the service again should our appliances break.
Very cool virtual diagnostic for any issue with your appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing which is completely free. They let you know whether it's worth it to repair or not, if there are too many options, they will send a tech out to further diagnose the issue. Very friendly service and competitive prices for the market.
What an excellent experience! We set up a zoom consultation with Alex and he diagnosed our dishwasher problem quickly and then walked us through how to detach, clean and reattach our drain pump - all on video chat. Alex was helpful, patient and was able to talk two people that know nothing about fixing appliances through the whole process. The fact that we got his expert walkthrough for free and 100% fixed our problem seems too good to be true. This is such a generous and excellent service. HIGHLY recommend!

I was very impressed with their virtual diagnostic option during the pandemic. I noticed another review that mentioned this and said they were able to let them know what was needed to be done, free of charge. In an industry of uncertainty about quality of work and being taken advantage of before, this provided some peace of mind. I made an appointment and Alex called me. He was able to diagnose the issue and said that I needed a new washing machine as to fix the current one would be much more costly. He proceeded to educate me on some questions I had and was VERY knowledgeable and was eager to share that with me. I want to know what's going on. After our conversation he offered to help me find another washing machine. I sent him some options and he recommended the one that he sees the least issues with. I can't tell you how reassuring this was and how grateful we are for this support! All this was FREE OF CHARGE. I will definitely be using Man With A Wrench in the future as needed!
I wrote the review below based on my initial contact with the customer service after my stove broke down again 6 months after the service call. While the first response from “Man with a Wrench” was frustrating, they did end up following up and addressing the issue in a respectful manner. The owner, Alex, gave us a call and explained that there was a misunderstanding, took responsibility for his company’s part in the problem, and offered some possible solutions for us to choose as a next step. We agreed on a solution that felt fair to both parties. I was impressed by the extra steps Alex took to make things right. Thanks for being a responsible company. ——————————— I paid over 350 for a replacement of an oven igniter at the end of June. Less than 6 months later, the igniter has stopped working. When I called Man with a Wrench, they told me that the warranty has expired and they would need to book a new service call, and that there was nothing they could do for me under warranty. They also suggested I contact GE directly about the part. It wasn't until pressing further on the phone, I was finally told to check the website where it says that parts are covered under a 1-year warranty. Now I have to fill out some forms and see what customer service says. This will be the last time I use this service.
