I could boast about my experience with Navis Pack & Ship in a three part essay but I will be brief. My wife is Canadian and we currently live in South Carolina, US. Her father passed away from cancer in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. We felt helpless because we could not return to Canada to gather his belongings and the many items she cherishes from her childhood. I called Navis Pack & Ship and everything became a lot easier for my wife and I from there. Ray and Bernice are nothing short of amazing. High-quality business professionals at their finest. I cannot speak more highly of my experience. Navis sent a crew to her dad's condo in downtown Toronto, gathered all the belongings we asked them to, and took them to their warehouse to be palletized. From there I got a very detailed description of how to properly fill out the US Customs form and my items were packed and shipped. That simple. Price was fair. The pallet (pictured below) arrived at my doorstep in approximately 5 days. Literally the most professional packing I have ever seen. Sturdy and clean. Everything was in pristine condition including a few valuable paintings. \\\\ 6-Stars. Highly Recommended.

Navis Pack & Ship is A. I needed to ship my sister's treasured belongings from Toronto to Kentucky in the middle of a pandemic. Ray of Navis guided me through the process step-by-step, walking me through the completion of the international border forms. Navis did exactly what they said and they did it exactly when they said. All phone calls and emails from me were answered immediately. Everything went like clockwork, and all my sister's items arrived in perfect condition. In addition, Ray is skilled at his work, and is a true and kind gentleman. If we ever need to ship again, we will use Navis--what a great company.
Nothing but good things to say about this location. Started with an inquiry via email which was responded to promptly by a Ray F. Ray dealt with all my concerns, questions and comments via email over the span of the last 2-3 weeks with quick response and attention to detail. I was really concerned about shipping my engine across the country but Ray and his team made this incredibly seamless. Would definitely use Navis again. Really happy with the entire experience! Update: Nov 28th, 2020. I contacted Ray again for another load and it was the exact same experience! Great job Gents, absolutely over the moon satisfied with the service. Loaders were courteous, showed up on time and incredibly professional. Definitely have customer for life! Don't hesitate to use this Navis location, Ray and his team are absolutely spot on.
