This company is not a good place to work. A mafia taking care of this place do not let other people grow and get opportunities for others. Miserable place to work the human Resources lady have no idea of what she is doing. All this place is a mess. A couple of managers took place lately, to reduce hours and make this place miserable to help the CEO make more money for his pocket. Do not recommend this place for people who is looking for a brighter future.

SOME great people but upper management is insane and has unrealistic expectations. If you value your sanity and well being, stay away. Work / Life balance at Noranco doesn’t exist !!!!
