OMG, this place is horrible! I called so many times and no one answered. I finally called Miss Brown who's a supervisor at the Woodbridge office. She said she'd call me back with an update on my medicaid and never did. Shame on you Miss Brown. What poor values you have! No professionalism at all. I hope you get to be on medicaid one day and be treated the same. I finally got an update from the Manassas office. Better people there.

Poor service for the needy citizens! Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff full of low level government bureaucrats. I wish my family never had a need for help because visiting this place is a horrible experience. Case workers and clerks of the department are not fulfilling the roles they have been hired to do - promote citizen help and social welfare. Hoping county leaders read reviews about the DSC and take actions.

Extremely lazy and wrost social workers. Someone need to change whole staff. They don't care about people difficulties. I was there once 5 people were ahead me and had a same complaint. Social workers won't pick up calls. Ladies were very frustrated. One woman was very angry & wanted to talk with supervisor. She was showing calls data. She called her social worker 30 different times in week but she didn't pick up her call neither called her back. Social services should make our life easy not to more difficult in our bad time. Its very sad !!

My cousin went there seeking help medically for her pregnancy and now literally 7 months later she still hasn't recieved her medicaid card and hasn't been able to afford to see a doctor. Smh. It's ridiculous and they really need to do better to get people the help they need.
