I dropped off dress uniform to get port stains removed, I pointed out all stains on drop off, they said they'd get them out no problem. When I collected the uniform, the stains were exactly the same, like they hadn't even bothered attempting to get them out. They did not charge me but I was extremely disappointed that my request had not been noted and the job not done to my specification. I won't be using this place again.

Extremely long turnaround
Somehow managed to rip out a popper from my gillet I had dry cleaned? I'd rather pay more and go elsewhere.
