Arrived right at 5 pm. No wait. Server was awesome and delivered warm biscuits immediately while taking our drink/appetizer order. Plating was awesome and actually looks very similar to advertisement. Kudos on that. Baja Shrimp was seasoned well. Feast not so much...wife says just a pinch of salt would have helped. Other than that, awesome impromptu dinner with 5-star service.

Red Lobster, I've got a bone to pick with you. Every single time I order from here, they have not failed a single time to forget something I pay for and clearly shows on the receipt. Every single time. Mostly desserts and the appetizers. Food is great but if I pay for something (and it isn't cheap there) I'd like what I paid for the first time. Not constantly making secondary trips just because you slipped up the first time. Red Lobster, GET IT TOGETHER!
Absolute mess. Food was over an hour late. 8 piece of cake was missing. Sour cream and butter for both baked potatoes were missing. Lobster tail in both entrees was soft and mushy in parts and tasted off... Not sure if under cooked or what. Just an absolute disappointment from start to finish.
Food is good every time we go. Best Red Lobster location i have ever been to.
Excellent food and great service. I love the cheddar bay biscuits
