Excellent workmanship and value for the money. Richard is excellent at what he does, I’ve recently had work done on my vehicles and he’s simply the best. He pays attention to detail and does all of his work professionally and accurately. You won’t find a better technician. If you value your and vehicle Richard’s the man. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Mercedes now that I’ve had him work on my car!

Richard has excellent customer service! His shop is also very clean and kid friendly Richard did a great job fixing my non-functioning headlight in under an hour. It works now! He also fixed my Windshield washer spray nozzle. He even helped me put on my front plates. Thank you once again for the great service!

Went to Richard’s Auto Clinic for the first time as referred by a good friend of my. Richard’s one of the most honest technician I’ve ever met and man does he know his stuff! I would highly recommend Richard’s Auto Clinic.

I had both rear shocks replaced in July of 2020. The drivers side was leaking but passenger was fine. As the mechanic was installing the shocks, he dropped the passenger side one during installation from chest high onto the floor but said it would be OK. He assured me it would be covered if anything happened. That shock started leaking badly after only a month of use. I went back expecting to have covered under warranty but they denied and wanted twice the price. The younger person who told me he was the owner last time now claimed to be an employee. The older person just said \I've made my decision and am wasting time speaking to you.\ Make sure you get a proper bill even if they push you to pay cash to save taxes !! It's not worth it as you have no recourse and are at their mercy. NOTE: The owner has posted a retaliatory statement threatening legal action on a legitimate customer review. AN HONEST CUSTOMER REVIEW CAN NOT BE THREATENED WITH LEGAL ACTION SIR. THAT IS DISGRACEFUL. The first time i came, the springs were in exact same condition as now. Worker explained that it will be no problem to replace just the shocks and that BROKEN SPRINGS WERE NOT A SAFETY ISSUE as they have nested in the lower spring support/cup and are sufficiently supported. The other drivers side also had broken spring but no issues since replaced. All i wanted was a fair resolution and I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY YOU for the shock replacement on right/passenger side to see if it would leak again. You declined and dismissed me rudely. I politely said thank you and even paid you for oil change in full with no issues and left to take my business elsewhere for any further repairs. I would have appreciated a fair and simple resolution but, unfortunately did NOT honestly feel i received that. THOSE ARE THE FACTS.

Fantastic work. Reasonable price, wonderful friendly staff. The dealer wanted to charge me 3x the amount for brake work and fix a oil leak on my BMW. I was treated well and I felt like a valued client. Keep up the good work guys!! Great customer service as well as taking the time to explain what needs doing and why.
