Essence Mist

Racism at its finest. Staff and management need to be replaced. Management tries to insult people's intelligence while being incompetent. They feel that they can discriminate against people. The manager freaked out and hung up on me when he got caught in his lies! I have written the bank president, and hopefully, I will not have to take legal actions against this branch.

There never seems to be enough tellers at the desk. I generally don’t go to this location to see a teller though, I just use the machine banking. There are 3 at this location. Careful around the parking area. I find that people are driving faster than they should be around the plaza lot around Scotiabank.

I have never been disappointed. The customer service manager Kathy I believe her name is has always been cordial and very helpful in handling my affairs. Had to conduct a large transfer and she promised to ensure the branch contacted the right people the following day and she and her staff kept their promise. Excellent service always
