Good sales, but change rooms are closed and not allowed to try on clothes. Items can be exchanged for a different size for the same item. No refunds!! There are other stores in the area that allow you to try on clothes. Why do some and some don't???

Hello I shop at this location frequently and the clothes are pretty good. However, on Friday, July 12, 2019 at around 7:00 pm the cashier worker embarrassed me and also was very disrespectful. I went in to exchange a skirt for a smaller size because it was too big. I had the receipt and tag. I just bought it on Monday or Tuesday. The worker then for 2 minutes started "examining" the skirt and actually SMELLED it. There were people behind me which made it very uncomfortable and embarrassing. After the worker did this for 2 minutes I finally said something and she told me "Some people wear the clothes and then return it" which is confusing because why would someone buy a skirt in the wrong size, wear it and then exchange it for a different size??? I was exchanging it for the EXACT same item so there is no way that I could have worn it. She also said "There was something on it" which when she showed me, it was just lint that was also on the skirt I was exchanging it for. I have returned items here before and this never happened. Yes the workers check the products but never sit there for 2 minutes smelling it, shaking it, flipping it inside out, rubbing it and accuse me of lying.

I visited this store a few times since they came to Vaughan. However last night experience was the worst. I went in and ask the representative ( Alex) what sale they have on the coats as there was 2 signs above each other : one stating all outerwear was buy one get one free plus all the coats were marked down ... Alex said to me both discounts applied - I asked twice ... are u sure ? Yes. Ok. So I picked up 2 coats and a few more clothing ... time to cash out - the same representative- who now stated she was the store manager refuse to honour the buy one get one free ... stating it’s already discounted & they forgot their sign up ... that’s not my issue . As an organization you need to honour what you advertise... I was about to let it go because I managed an office of about 40 people & understand that sometimes mistakes happen - but Alex behaviour was unprofessional, rude and she spoke very condescending towards me ... she mocked me as I spoke to her and I find her attitude very distasteful- to put it lightly. *I took a photo of the 2 signs * Don’t shop there .. they are many store within the area with wonderful customer services

The young girl doing the dressing room, (Saturday) has an attitude not polite. I went to try on a few items, had my jacket on my left arm, and she asked me if that was my coat!! I will not be shopping at that Sirens location again! She needs a people person/ I like my job attitude. So i left without a purchase. Cheers!

When I entered the store.. I approached one of two girls standing at the counter.. I told them I just drove in straight from work in Toronto... and asked to use the washroom before I shopped. She said no.. and suggested I use the washroom at Winner's next door.. I said.. SERIOUSLY??.. and then asked her if I should shop there as well.. ? She then said.. absolutely!! I asked if they also use Winners washroom.. She replied .. No we have our own!! I left and went to WINNERS.. where they were very nice and accommodating .. I spent over 300.00.. NOTE: I DO BELIEVE IT IS NOT ONLY UNETHICAL BUT ALSO ILLEGAL TO REFUSE THE USE IF A WASHROOM.. ESPECIALLY IF EMERGENCY!!

Staff didn't do anything in appropriate to me but out of evwry sirens location the girls working there are extremely mean and lazy.. not as if one is having a bad day but seriously all of them. Such a bad vibe
