Came to check out the community and the apartment models and they were covid concious which was amazing. masks were on, stayed 6 feet at all times. We fell in love with the model and decided to apply that night & Anthony M helped us throughout that whole process and was amazing at giving us all the info we neeeded. we ended up getting approved and we have been living in our apartment for about over a month. There has been a snowstorm the last couple of days and they had the initiative to salt all the community roads, as well as sideawalks and the steps leading to the apartments and plowing/shoveling all the snow bright and early in the morning! neighbors are good. community is respectful. No bugs at least in my apartment. i have yet to have a problem with anyone or anything. if youre thinking of woodbridge station you should check it out!

The apartments are clean and it is a family neighborhood. It can get noisy sometimes and the walls and ceiling are not that thick but it's understandable being that there are families living here and the noise levels never become intolerable and it's not late at night. The staff in the leasing office are all kind. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly even during the pandemic.

Affordable living , decent but neighbors can be the problem. If they dont take care of the place only so much maintenance and grounds can do. As well as neigbors allow their children to do whatever with really no adult supervision.

Great experience living here I have five years living in this community and we are very happy the property is very clean everything is very organized our apartments are in good conditions the maintenance service is fantastic very responsible we have access to park around the property a lot improvements. the office team is excellent they Listen your needs and they find the way how have a solution for your needs, the apartments has and excellent pest control service we have security during the night,definitely I am planing to keep renewing our contract if we still on the area thank you again for the opportunity to express our opinion.
