don't waste your money paying them any fees , just go on your own more flexibility and cheaper

I had a terrible experience: after receiving a certificate for two hotel nights in New York (for which I had to pay a discounted price, but still a reasonable amount), the company presented all sorts of difficulties possible in order to make the reservations - from contacting them to finding dates suitable to their own restrictions. Then, when they finally told me it would be impossible for me to use the hotel nights (even my dates being VERY flexible), the whole opera started again for me to be reimbursed with the amount paid. When I finally received part of the amount I had paid, the 300 dolar restaurant certificate they included also came with ALL SORTS OF RESTRICTIONS, from contacting them to redeeming it - it was valid only for US residents (I live in Canada), and only 25 per month. IT IS ABSURD, this company has really made me terribly angry, together with their partner FUN REWARDS. Even for me to complain to them I had first to redeem the certificates or their website would not accept my contact! And in order for me to redeem it, I needed to declare I accepted their terms, when I dont. Ill never make the same mistake again.
