We dealt with Vino & Taj when they were in Markham a few years back and it was a pleasure dealing with them again at their new location in Vaughan. Very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our decision. Vino let us take the area rug home for a few days so we could see how it looked at home and called to make sure we were truly happy before processing our credit card. What a pleasant and refreshing surprise. He even drove to my house to personally deliver my cell phone that I forgot in his store. Now who does that. Service beyond!

Vino was a great help to us! We walked in, described our room and he was able to zero in on exactly what would work for us. He recommended a size we thought was too big so we took home a smaller rug, realized he was right and went right back to exchange it for the bigger size! It looks great in our room.
