The staff are very friendly and will order things in for you. It might take a while, but it did come in the long run. They have a lot of specialty products on hand as well and are very knowledgeable.
A very tough task (completing an unfinished project) was done beautifully! It was a very important project, required for a very special event and Julia at The Enchanted Needle did a fabulous job. The sweater was completed very quickly, with professional quality, washed and the price was more than fair :).
