I have mixed feelings about this practice. When I go in, the receptionists are super nice however my doctor spends less than 5minutes at every prenatal appointment. Before I know it, she's gone and i feel like I'm being paid no attention at all. When I noticed this, I started writing down my questions but realized how can I ask questions when the appointment ends without me realizing. It's crazy and then I call incessantly to speak to the doctor, calls are hardly picked up and have never been returned even when you leave messages.

DO NOT GO HERE. The secretaries are awful, and they absolutely lack professionalism. The doctors are good and I have no complaints about them but the secretaries are awful. My very first appointment I waited 8 months to get in, and then they made me wait 2 additional hours in the waiting room.They even complained to me that \we don't know why the doctor is taking long\ when I asked why I was waiting 2 hours. Further, not only did I wait for a specific doctor but I was given a fill in doctor and was not informed until I was actually in the office in a gown. 3 days later upon calling to find out my results they only then informed me they lost/contaminated my test samples, didn't inform me when they got my results (and gave me the wrong results the first time). They were suppose to refer me to a different specialist for a different issue and they didn't even schedule it. I had to call repeatedly and ask them to. They tried to pass it off and tell me \That's not our responsibility\ when I was told the very first time by the doctor that the secretaries would handle it. I've been waiting 2 months for a follow up appointment, they've always called me the day before to inform me of an upcoming appointment but didn't this time. I had specifically asked the secretaries to inform me, and they assured me they would call. Upon calling today, they were rude and I got increasingly annoyed with their poor service. When I asked today when my upcoming appointment was they told me I missed my appointment and would have to pay money for their error AGAIN. I told them it was their fault since I requested it (and they assured me that they would call me as usual), and they could only tell me \I don't know who told you that but it wasn't me\. They wouldn't even tell me results of my tests now. So after one year of going through all this, I have no answers and am now being asked to pay 40.
