The WORST customer service my brother and I have ever experienced. The lack of professionalism, the push and aggression for sales but above all, lack of compassion for customers. As a retail establishment, you would assume they would want to have the utmost best customer service to build the clientele and loyalty but the exact opposite was done. To belittle someone who had trusted an associate to accommodate specific needs?.. Unbelievable. This NEEDS to be escalated. I refuse to ever shop here again. I will NEVER recommend anyone to ever consider this store.
Good selection of clothes and friendly staff. The prices are a little high but they operate on commission I think, and the extra service is worth the few extra dollars. They have a good mix of casual and formal clothes.
